Joon Loloi, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” or “our”) provides information, products for sale, and various online services (collectively “Services”) through joonloloi.com (the “Website”).

We do not collect or process sensitive personal information as defined by California law.

  • Racial or ethnic origin, citizenship or immigration status, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership.

Like many websites, the Company uses “Cookies” which are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device(s) so we can provide you information such as your order status and storage of items in your shopping cart between visits.

Given the nature of requests related to personal data, the Company may request further proof of identity (including a driver’s license, ID card, and other verifiable information) prior to complying with any request received. We will endeavor to respond to any request within the legally applicable deadline to do so. To the extent additional time is necessary we will contact you.

Costs

The Company does not charge a fee to process request(s) unless found to be manifestly repetitive, excessive or unfounded.

Appeal

In certain jurisdictions users may appeal the denial of a request related to the rights listed above. Please follow the instructions contained in any response to initiate an appeal.

Non-discrimination

The Company will not discriminate against you in any way (including denial of access to the Services or Website) for exercising any of the personal rights listed above. Please note that should you make a request that results in deletion or limitation of use of your Personal Data it may affect your use of the Services or Website.

The Company does not knowingly collect or accept personal data from any child under the age of 16 without parental consent. To the extent the Company is made or otherwise becomes aware that it has unknowingly received such information, it will remove all such information from its records.
